Climate Cooler roof coating is 100% acrylic resin therefore giving it lasting flexibility. Other manufacturers use an additive called STYRENE ACRYLATE containing the softener THALATE, which leaks out after 1-2 years meaning the coating will turn hard and brittle. Climate Cooler has a higher content of iron oxide pigment which prevents this from happening. We are so confident in our product that we provide you with a ten year insurance backed warranty.

Climate Cooler has a specially developed binder made of 3 molecule sizes; this gives superior waterproofing properties.

Climate Cooler has passed rigorous testing for all its properties, including-

• Adhesion
• Flexibility
• Water Vapour Transmission
• Water Repulsion
• Gloss value and colour change

Climate Cooler can also be actively used as an energy saving tool. As it has great thermal properties which equates to 2/3 of the insulation value of rockwool. This has been independantly tested by the Danish Technological Institute. This is possible because Climate Cooler has been manufactured using the latest generation of special insulating ceramic pigments.
